One of the things that make’s WCCO unique is that we are willing and able to manufacture so many different agricultural belting products in what is referred to as a true, single step vulcanizing process. WCCO does not glue on cleats, v-guides or surface patterns.

WCCO Belting produces all of its rubber belting products under extreme heat and pressure that permanently cures the rubber to the fabric. Our unique equipment, more than 95% of which has been customized, creates the same permanently molded products that larger fabricators produce. The difference is that our specialized equipment allows us to make smaller production runs with smaller minimum orders and much shorter lead times.
