WCCO Belting started the year like any other. As a result of the pandemic, however, the business was forced to shift and adapt in ways many didn’t know were possible. Take a look back at what we accomplished this year despite the hurdles and challenges we all experienced.

What makes our company unique is we do not have a specific diversity strategy, but have hired a diverse workforce that includes new Americans and women. In fact, half of the workforce is female and two-thirds of supervisors on the manufacturing floor are women.
